Cricket Basic KITES Level 1 Course conducted on 16th Jan to 22nd Jan 2019 at Air Force Vocational College, Delhi

19 cricket players/ coaches from different parts of the country participated in the training program. This was the 1st batch at Air Force Vocational College, Delhi. In this batch we had a special visit and session by our CEO Mr. Chirag Patel. In this batch we trained 2 participants who wanted to shift their careers i.e., 1 is an owner of a transport co. in Lucknow and the other was working as quality analyst for 15 years. They want to pursue their passion in sports domain through KITES vocational program

One of participants, Rohil Khilare from Pune (played 8 Nationals i.e.14,16,19, 25) is an active cricket coach at Symbiosis University Pune. Gaurav Gupta a NIS certified from SAI with ‘A’ grade was also part of the program. Automation of capturing data for NSDC initiated from this batch for a centralized process flow

Cricket Basic KITES Level 1 Course conducted on 24th Nov to 30th Nov 2018 at Just Cricket, Bangalore

21 cricket players/ coaches from different parts of the country participated in the training program. The training included Technical & Non-Technical skills of coaching cricket at grass root level.

In this batch we trained Akash Gupta, who represented Nepal in 2008 U-19 World Cup at ICC Level & T20 World Cup qualifier.

Cricket Basic KITES Level 1 Course conducted on 19^th June to 25^th June 2017 at Abhimanyu Cricket Academy, Dehradun

We have got 21 coaches who are getting trained by top level faculty. Topics Covered in first 2 days:Overview of Sports Industry, Overview of KOOH Sports, Roles & Responsibilites of a Sports Coach, Child & Athlete Engagement, Principals of Coaching, Communication Skills, Safety for Kids , Basic Muscle & Bone Physiology, Nutrition Basics, FUNdamental Movement Skills, The LTAD Model, Training Plan Basic, Reporting & Data Management, Team Formation & Fixtures, Time Management, Conflict Management, Grooming & Etiquette. 

A lot of trainees have appreciated and thanked us for this initiative, KITES as a product is becoming popular across the country. Kudos to Apurva S Desaii, Dinesh Nanavaty and other visiting faculty.

KITES Cricket Advanced Level 2 conducted from 31st March to 10th April 2017 at Mumbai

Cricket Advanced KITES Level 2 Course concluded on 10th April 2017 in Mumbai. Our trainers have conducted various non-technical sessions such as strength, nutrition, communication, planning, sports psychology and much more.

The candidates got the chance to interact with ex Indian Cricket Team physiotherapist John Gloster who gave insights from his experience on Elite coaching, Importance of communication and planning

KITES Cricket Advanced Level 2 conducted from 18th Feb to 28th Feb at Just Cricket Academy, Bangalore

11-day Cricket Advanced KITES Level 2 Course kicked off in Bangalore at the Justcricket Academy on the 18th of February. The training sessions were divided into Technical and Non-technical skill modules. The Non-technical modules covered skills such as communication, personal grooming, class management, etc. While technical modules covered cricket specific skills, strength and conditioning, nutrition and much more.

The 20 participants have appreciated the programme. They will be getting a premium listing on www.sportsnaukri.in. Kudos to our Technical Cricket Faculty Dinesh Nanavaty and Apurva Desaii for imparting valuable technical knowledge and our soft skills expert Arpit Mishra for his engaging sessions.

KOOH Sports commences the first batch of vocational skill training in sports and physical education at its new centre in Surat

The KITES (KOOH Sports Institute of Training & Excellence for Sports Skill) programme went live on 14th October with a batch of 21 coaches enrolled for Level 2 vocational training programme accredited by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation).

The 2 week course attracted coaches from all over India. Participants from Mumbai, Surat, Anand, Bharuch and Dehradun completed the rigorous training under our technical maestros Apurva Desaii, Dinesh Nanavati and Arpit Mishra.
